After 5 years of whistle points quest and hard work to clean up Newgrounds, I've finally reached the Deity Whistle Status!

I had to get some review mod to delete now abusive reviews I flagged and some friend to give links but still, I did it.

Oh wait it would seem I only reached Bronze Whistle, though my fellow Metal-Therapy fucking did it, congrats dude.

Hello, I'm happy I found this thread, I need you guys ability. I'm trying to decrease the size the .gif file below but the image quality is affected - see my profile.

The current size of this whistle is 72x72 pixels and I would like to decrease it to 46x46 pixels - for user icon use. Could you guys do it for me?
