One that I haven't seen mentioned is the NUON. It was advertised as the ultimate N64 killer system (it was a 64-bit DVD system) but only seven games were released for it. The company went bankrupt several months later.

Others that I'm #ing for being bad are the Gizmondo, 32X, 5200, N-Gage, and Virtual Boy.
