Lol, I don't really have a favorite team. But, I live like 5 minutes away from Råsunda stadium and used to live in Solna so I guess (you'll hate me for this) AIK is my favorite if I have to choose one

I usually get bored too, I guess one solution would be to just force yourself to animate and after a while you might get some motivation back...

Oh god that was a crappy advice :P

There is no "Should". Stick to whatever you're comfortable with. Personally I like 24, and with some double framing when I get lazy :P

Anyway, great job! The shading might need some refining, but otherwise, I love it.

Honestly, that sounds pretty unorginal. But if you do a great job with the coding and graphics I suppose that won't be much of a problem. Good luck :)

At 12/22/06 11:23 AM, Norwegianbeast wrote: actually you can model 3D in flash. obviously you dont know much about flash's advanced options.

Lol, You can't model in flash. You can create psuedo3D stuff and alike, but no proper modeling as in a 3D program. And Flash is really not the #1 choice if you want to create 3D animations. End of story.

Response to: Question about flash Posted December 22nd, 2006 in Game Development

At 12/22/06 11:14 AM, Norwegianbeast wrote: flash is 700 dollers, although a student license is 250. and to maxxor, flash can easily make 3D animation and games too.

Um, that's why I wrote "and other things too" but he was asking about animation, not games.
And I don't think it would be entirely right to say that you create 3D animations in flash, sure you can import swift3D-thingys and stuff, but you can't model or anything like that in flash.

Response to: need help with something. Posted December 22nd, 2006 in Game Development

I'm not quite sure if I understood your question, but I think setting all your sounds to "STREAM" might solve the problem.

Well, I defenitley think that flash is the best, on the other hand, I haven't tried anything else.
But yeah, flash is a really good program for creating 2D animations (And other things).

Ah, ok. Personally I prefer a mix of Tweening and FrameByFrame. And about the ideas, it's very difficult to make something everyone likes, just make something you like yourself and have fun doing it.

Response to: rate the start of my stick fight Posted December 22nd, 2006 in Game Development

That's way too fast, add more inbetweens and change the color of one of the sticks. It's very confusing when they're both blue. Also, it's very short.

2/10 as of now. Add more things.

Quick and confident lines is the way to go. I had this problem before to, see my "Live your dream.." flash for example, the lines were really shaky and ugly. But now I have improved .
You just have to learn to draw the lines a little quicker. Practice makes perfect.

At least, that's my poinion about it :P

Very nicely coloured and drawn.
The emotion was very good, and it suited the music perfectly.
Though some of your fbf was a little inconsistant.
If your not already using it, use the onion skin feature in flash.
It really helps.

Thanks for the comment! :)
Yeah, the FBF isn't that good as I kinda spent more time on other things :P
And the end wasn't very good 'cause I really suck at drawing hands.

And yes, I am using the onion skin feature, thanks for the crit though :)
