11. Meet'N'Fuck Detective RPG
Nothing surprising about the latest installment being up there...
If your team has any members yet to be determined, please scramble to find someone this week!
Okay, one final message: I'm still available as an artist!

Alright, thanks for these tiny, yet important changes!
Adam Atomic has just released flixel!
Sounds interesting, I'd love to see what I can do with it.
BTW some stuff accidentally got pushed from staging that implied the Art Portal might be going live tonight.
Hang on, I never knew the art portal was ready to open soon. That's great!

Okay, I'll make an ad sometime!
Things are BUZZING over here so more news to come soon.
Buzz... like bees. Has the office become some giant nest? Just remember to protect the queen, whoever that is.

This solves the problems that I described in my last two posts. Thanks a lot!
At 5/27/09 07:16 PM, TomFulp wrote: You can select CLASSIC mode and it will look just like it always did, only wider.
I'll play around to see which is best for my submissions. As I said before, square resolutions don't fit well within my small laptop screen. In fact, my game is supposed to be played at the resolution I set it at.

I err... would like, I mean, want to slap your face. That is because, umm... your face has a nose?
At 5/26/09 08:17 PM, TomFulp wrote: Alrighty... The wide layout has launched!
It looks great, although some submissions stretch too far downwards with smaller screens, especially with square resolutions. Example.
The "Related Content" info needs to re-populate with proper results. Until then you will see a lot of content that doesn't feel very related... The end result should be much better.
I hope so, because I'd like to see it be really good.

Maybe I will...
If you guys noticed some server errors earlier, it's because we tried to launch a new wide view page with in-page Flash.
Well, I'd love to see it when it gets fixed!
I mean seriously we could take over a small country at this point.
I'll happily fund weapons and ammunition, then we can take the world's smallest nation first...

Bandelin and Stamper both did a great job on their parts, along with getting it together. If only I could get that final secen out of my head...
If you're an artist who has won awards on NG and you can't find a programmer, please mention it here and I will try to do some match-making!
I haven't won any awards, but I have just been rejected for the chance to be in a group. I'm still interested in making a game, so please contact me if you are a programmer/musician who needs an artist on their team!
I have a strange feeling that tomorrow will not have many exciting winners...
If anyone needs an artist who can do a smooth cartoon style (rectangular theme optional), I am willing to be part of your team! Below is just a quick sample of what I like to draw in Flash...

Blast! But seriously, I am up for a potential artist.
Anyway, it's great that this is part of Child's Play and this will be a fantastic adventure.

You make the whole thing sound so... hip?
the Behemoth / Newgrounds booth at Comic-Con in San Diego on July 23-26.
Well, it looks like I won't be there this year. I'd love to go in 2010, but for now I can watch the action via webcam again. It's almost as fun, especially with all the people to chat to.
I'm putting together a crazy idea that I'll be pitching to everyone later this week!
Well, I'd love to hear it. By the way, it seems that you have rejected medals for my game. Is it because I should wait for it to become public, are you a busy man at the moment, or do you not care that much?
At 5/5/09 05:25 PM, TomFulp wrote: I want to give a big THANK YOU to everyone who participated.
Next year you should send thank-you letters, since they are birthday presents, right?
Congrats everyone!
Yeah, con-grad-jew-lay-shuns!

Happy birthday, Tom!
Did I mention Pico now has medals?!
No, but I found out anyway.
... we could have had naked pictures of the whole staff by now!
Make this official!
... Baby Fulp!
What is the name of this child? Where are the pictures?

Looking very nice... I've been away for six days, so it's nice to come back to all this good news!
Yay, now I can start earning pennies every month! I've seen how much you demand for advertisement on Newgrounds and it's not surprising that you earn your incomes from it! It was a good idea in 1998 and still a good idea over a decade later.

I was part of that, I made one of the first written entries, but nobody wanted to use my story. I was also getting slightly embarrassed about having my story on my homepage. Still, it will definately look fantastic by the end.
Whoever thought it would be a good idea to accept me, thanks a lot! It feels weird to be among so many popular artists on this site, when I'm barely known. There are people like Adam Phillips on the list! Well, I can prove my worth. I'm planning some amazing stuff... I think.

Gosh, I had completely forgotten about that contest. Too bad, because I had wanted to enter.
Expect LOTS of exciting things this month (fingers crossed).
How exciting! I hope it will include a chat update...

Wow, people actually got April Fooled. Good job on that!
Yay, I can finally post on this thread! I actually liked the red and yellow theme... it looked very nice. To remind everyone of the joke, I will keep my Government Approved signature that I created yesterday.

Is that how they do April Fool's day in Mexico? Sweet!
You can also post predictions for what the Newgrounds staff will be doing this year. Hopefully they'll have a plan this time, so I think that the Behemoth will be releasing some fake footage. Apologies to Tom and Dan if this actually will happen tomorrow.
According to the Newgrounds Calendar, tomorrow is a day to put your two thumbs in the air and celebrate the great Bedn hand gesture. Of course, it will actually be April Fool's day and you have only so many hours to prepare for it! My grade at school is split up into three classes for registration, so each class is alternating the room they go into for the morning. I hope people will be filming the reactions from all three teachers. So here's a question for everyone on the BBS, what crazy pranks are you planning for tomorrow?
Fantastic news, Tom!
He must be named Pico.
My troll alert is tingling!
