There probably will be a breakthrough sometime in the 30 years, but I doubt it will be large enough to have spread everywhere in such short time, meaning nations will still rely on fossil fuels to stay active.

Crime won't have changed much, as people will still feel the need to resort to it, but it could go either way. The future governments could have a sudden breakdown and help crime levels drop, or they could look the other way and it will continue to rise as usual.

Actually seeing as most crime is generally benign and retarded. I will guess crime would be shit load more strict then it is today.

Education would be slightly better as more and more countries are putting more and more money in the education system, meaning more and more people get better educations. This could mean lower unemployment levels and less homelessness.

This is what makes me want to do my responce. Education will in fact go A LOT WORSE then it already is and will become more full of bullshit propoganda and we will be forced to go there longer. The reason why we don't just assign or just let kids go "engineering school", "art school" and such is because the state wants to brain wash us into believe the state is just even though it is just FORCE.

Just my brief view on the future. A lot of this is probably going to be wrong, but it's only a guess.
