One question though...does it have too be pencil tool or is the brush tool alright as well?
And if pencil tool, what line thickness?

Is the bamboo good enough to work with for flash and animation? It seems very "Non-professional" to me, how its so colorful and "fun". The intuos is ofcourse professional and would work great, but for a price. So, any opinions?

Well Pastry, I'm going through the EXACT same dillema you are.
Maybe if the Bamboo Fun wasn't in light blue it wouldn't be such a hard choice.
So I see exactly where you're coming from. If you want an opinion, I'm leaning towards the Bamboo (normal). It's a lot cheaper, and I hear it gets the job done.
I used it once before as well and it worked great.
I'd say the durability (if taken care of properly) can probably hold for a little over a year, or more.
