And the 'Only playing a map 3-4 times before being locked out' thing is annoying. If people didn't wanna play Nuketown for the 10th time they could go to another lobby.

Why is annoying? I love playing maps in a row as much as the next guy but it gets dull after a while.I see no problem to this.

The problem I have with your statement is, you act like the game some how changed into crap as soon as a newer one was released. No, it's still the same game. Nothing about it has changed. If it wasn't for the first one being great, the other ten games wouldn't have been made.

I wasn't trying to say it was shit, just that compared to the newer games, it's dull. Like comparing Super Mario Bros. with Super Mario World.

People, please. Yes Metroid was a great game but if you play it now it's not that good. I did and I got bored. I never played it as a child but when I had the chance I played it wanting to see where it all started but now it's pretty much shit in my eyes. Sure back then it may have been fantastic but now the newer Metroids made improved vastly on what the game brought to the table. I only say this though because maybe some people that says it's not good just played it when it was very old.

It's probably your game discs that are the problem or the system itself. Should've gotten a Wii instead.

Well, seeing as how you find them completely different, I say you wouldn't know wince you've never touched a PS3. PSN and XBL both are used to play games, and download games or add-ons. XBL may have more features, but the main focus is online play, which both offer, are exactly the same, except you pay on Xbox and PSN is free.

Well, first off, you don't need online to have fun, and if the game is saved by it's omline (Halo 3, Killzone 2) then it's shit anyway. Secondly, I have friends who come over to play with me, which eliminated the need to play with strangers over the internet.
