why do they? People voting high on one thing to get it in the charts will in turn vote low on everything else, so stats go down, i know i've voted 0 on perfectly good submissions because they were beating my personal favourites. Not all the time of course, thats just harsh.

Well, think about it. Posts don;t get you any power, and experience can only go up ten at a time, blam/protect gives you voting strength and can go up exponentially, you see blam/protect points are experience points will no limit to the amount they can go up.

No, because people dont vote 5 and 0 on the same things. Think about it, if ten people all vote 5 on different things, then they will all have 1 point, but the odds are really agaisnt 100 people all voting the same way as the first ten, they will have all their own favourites. so with more and more people, more and more of previosuly unfavoured flashes will begin to gain fans.

How are my uk anime fan friends feeling about the impending arrival or Naruto on toonami, first time on uk tv. Not really, the real measure of a newgrounds user is in their blam/protect points, which makes me the 1,323rd best newgrounds user of all!

It hasnt been like that, because the really popular ones where more new. Nowadays, even real big fans of Legendaryfrog and Adamphilips are getting a little tired of seeing the same thing and thus vote higher on new submissions and lower on their old favourites. Plus, newgrounds has more members than ever, so with more people voting the ranking will be more unstable because so many people will have a very diverse list of tastes.

I'd be a bit relieved, i really hate that i can;t go one day without logging on. I'd want it to return sooner or later, but i'd probably just do something more with my life.

What happens is people like a new movie, vote only fives on it until its top of the top 50, then when its beating theior favourite submission overall, they suddenly hate it and vote 0. Thus, new movies shoot up to the top, but sooner or later they vanish and old classics like FFA* and Bitey of Brackenwood go back to the number 1 spot.

I'm five foot seven, which puts me as one of the shortest in my group, the tallest being over 6 foot, and theres at least two people in that region of height, but im by far the strongest and out of all of us the three shortest (me included) totally run the group, so dont despair, shortness PWNS.
