when it comes to metal, i like mine heavy and violent, cannibal corspe, in flames, amon amarth, dragonforce, the really good stuff. on the whole this music is violent and angry or inspiring but essentially conflict orientated. However, music can still be just a brutally fast and heavy when the topic is not war or death or anger, ie-rose of sharyn. do you think romantic or love orientated songs cna be accepted as truly heavy metal, if so give some examples of really good songs or bands that have this sort of feel, ie-cradle of filth.
