I usually don't bother with ratings for the exact reason that you mentioned. It would take way too much time to do. And I do care about playcount for some reason. I guess I feel like some songs are neglected if I see that they have a low account. For these reasons, both playcount and ratings are disabled for me.

It seems like something that could be made into an episode of The Twilight Zone. It's such a simple, yet ridiculous concept for a movie and I don't think it will be any good.

Agreed. That was a horrible move on the part of the makers of that trailer. I watched the trailer thinking it probably wouldn't be any good, and then the Saw theme came on. That's where the trailer lost the rest of what little credibility it started out with.
