Have you ever tried talking to a mirror? Or just talking alone? Yeah, it seems kind of crazy, but who cares? Another exercise could be: Imagine yourself in what you'd call a "bad situation", then go though it as many times as you can. Your brain is actually VERY powerful! Just keep that in mind.

Uhm, medication helps, but only if you REALLY want to get better. But what you really need is support. You should talk about this to your family and/or friends. Maybe they had been there too, and talking helps, a lot.

Ask" yourself, and maybe you'll find the answer to you problems ^^ Oh, and the dreams!! Hell yes, they tell a LOT about what's going on inside your head.
Well, yes. Talking about it it's like a first step. It seems that your self-steem is very low, but that's something that you can work out. Why don't you get some psicological help? That should do the trick! Or try meditation, I dunno, there are lots of things to do!
Where I live it is not that common the "bullying", but then again, who the fuck this people think they are?

Well.. Experiences? When I was on vacations, I saw a kitten covered in blood in the street. I took her with me and did the best I could in that moment to help her. After two or three days, when I came back to my home, the vets had to cut one of her paws (and part of the tail) because it had gangrene. Two or three broken ribs, and I don't remember what else. It's been eight months since that, and I must say... I can't get her off me! She is like, always by my side. Right now she is sleeping on my shoulder (yep)! She may be "ugly", but damn I love this cat xD
So, I'll never know if it was a car or some assholes that beat the fuck out of her, but right now I don't really care. Anyway, I hope your dog gets better, poor thing :(

I don't remember EXACTLY what happens, but a few years ago, when they discovered that I had this, the doctors told me that I should never smoke. They had to cut like five inch of my intestine >_< Well, that was (as I said) a few years ago, maybe now they "discovered" that the nicotine is "harmeless" even if you have this disease, who knows :/
