I went over this. I started over. Clean slate. The old was Photoshop Manipulation of the week, and it died a horrible horrible slow death. Like the Mighty Pheonix it arose from the ashes as the Photo Manipulation of the Week. I know if I was continuing the count this would be #14. But hey, it was my call so I called it. Notice I'm calling it Photo Manipulation and not Photo Shop Manipulation? Yeah use whatever Photo Manipulation software you have. I myself use GIMP as I can not afford PS.

I googled night elf and I find just one pic with earrings, the others have their ears covered with hair...
but still I dont think I would draw those kind of earings when its someone taking a bath : /

What I meant was the etes should be blank, or light shading to show there are orbs in the sockets lol. The blysh marks are fine, I just don't like it when it trails off the face, to put it another way, you colord outside the lines. Lol. But it was really weel done none the less. I was just being critical because you went for something so specific.

I'm surprised the three image rule is throwing people for a loop. It has beeen done in PMotWs in the past. lol.
