Add a drop shadow under your "Far" and you should have it spot on.

I gotta say, I actually don't like this one. The image is busy/cluttered (I think the big heads are a little too big and too close to the main char who should be the focal point) Also the perspective makes him look blocky/stumpy. And I can't put my finger on it, but something about his face seems off. I applaud you for the attempt though. Very few artists (even pros) can pull off covers like this. I never liked this style cover. And of course it's still far exceeds anything I can do.

You have a very unique style. It's like you took every Cartoon network style ever, threw it into a blender and garnished it with anime.

Your trainer kinda looks like Pokemon meets One Piece. And that by the way would be awesome.

Seems like a waste of paper. Not saying it's a waste in general just this paper. You go one about this special paper and using charcoal and you but a doodle on it. A nice doodle, but a doodle all the same. Even by cartoon standards this is not that great, it's not bad, but the arm with a knife just looks totally wrong. Even cartoons have some sort on anatomy, this could use some refinement. Keep drawing! If your going to do simple drawings I suggest using normal paper, Unless your going to take advantage of the paper's quality to add to the piece. Which in this case you did not.

How about uploading to this thread, not the portal but this thread, a couple of practice sketches. If you want to upload sketches of logo ideas, then fine, but just upload something that shows us you can actually follow a work flow.
And if you are having troubles taking photos of your work, read this Documenting your work tutorial, it'll help

Kinsei always knows what to say. He's got a point though, why not load up some Logo sketch ideas up hear on the thread or some drawings? You'll get more comments that way.

No really, stop filter raping the letters GJ and calling it a logo. None of your pics save maybe the Ipod drawing should be submitted to the portal because they are doodles and photshop filter rapings. Lets see more drawings like the Ipod, and less of the junk. Also, use the Include picture option to put wour work in the tread so we can see it. Rather than having to got to your page every time.

I like it. The nose bothers me a bit is she either in the cold? or related to Ted Kennedy? I looks like you added some meat to her bones, or maybe that's just the clothing either way she looks more like her own character. I do want to see more.

Also post stuff in your thread so we can see and critique it better. Your page logo banner is awful. I'm sorry it's just an eyesore. Put some real artwork down and see what you can do. Not doodles.
