well, i'm not much of an artist myself, but i do know one thing "fill the paper before calling it finished"

i made this a while back, but it seems to fit in

Scan it in. If you dont have a scanner youll have to take a picture with a cam, it wont look as good, but if you light it right and are coloring it in digitally anyways, sometimes you can get away with it

oh... i had no clue.

i think mine was the only one left out :C

that would be good. how do i get my art on paper onto the computer?

i would say acrylic. It's also easier to get out of your hair if you're on the clumsy side (like me)
