Go to the Newgrounds BBS and show people your work (have a finished game concept just not the coding because you can't do it)
Fourth:
Treat to kill your friend if he doesn't learn AS (if you have no friend then go to a random stranger on the street and repeat)

Flash is the program yes and it is created by adobe you can find a link to the help page from the flash forum in my signature and you should read the stuff there because it explains most questions that new people have.
Since he just asked for the name, I figured thats all he wanted. But your right to the point where created by adobe. Adobe bought macromedia who created the earlier verisions. So techincally adobe didn't create flash, just bought the rights to make newer versions for profit.
Ah your right, BUT they created the latest version of flash and they hold the rights to the trademark.
When people ask for the name they are going to create another thread to find out where to get it and then one for tutorials so why not just post a link to all three?

GTA2 is free now so that would be great to play.
I remember finding something called Urban Terror (or something) that was a game created on the old Q2 engine (or something :P).
You could also go buy some games yourself.

The game looks great, I think that if you can draw it on paper then why can't you just draw the character in game too?

Not really sure but I think that there are programs that generates random codes that people have to enter to write a comment (without having to register)
