you can do it but i dont recomend it.

what you do is slice a final layout into pieces then you can set photoshop so it will create a big table with a cell for each image in the correct place.

english college is different to american college, college to an americal is like our university.

my first site was made using www.geocities.com, it was great...tonnes of spinning gif images n cool midi music in every page...

that introduced me into making sites and gave me a basic idea of how things worked.......once i had all that figured out i started improving and trying new tricks and things...
it was a good place to start....worked great for me, im making money designing sites now :)

but i wouldnt recomend that......get a free host (lycos or something) and a html editor..frontpage, dreamweaver etc and play around....once you understand how to use the program learn some html.......http://funky-chickens.com was the first tutorial site i visited when i was starting and for some reason the url has always stuck in my mind.......its got alot of useful info for beginers.
