Hey I want to arrange for some of the Eighth Doctor's adventures to be animated, looking for help.

It would be a gothic toned film with dark tones like The Crow mixed with humour in the style of the old mtv cartoon The Head

oh and of course story boarders

I am starting a movie which obviously will be animated, it is going to be a full length movie. I will write, do some voices, and score the film (through my own music and people I contract for it), but there is no way I will be able to make this myself. So I am looking for the following:

Animators
Artists (for like logos and what have you)

This is not a movie I plan on making money on, but am not opposed to selling it on Newgrounds if the chance occurs.

Let me know you are interested and I will look at your animations to see if they fit into the idea.

Hey I was just wondering how long it takes everyone to write a short? I know for me, when I am in the mood and right frame of mind, I can get through a few every hour. If I am not in the mood though, takes a CRAZY long time.

Ok, "hypothetically" (so that I dont get my a$$ blocked or my thread moved somewhere else or suggested somewhere else and than locked), what animators like colabing with writers on projects ;)

It doesn't always have to start with the animators. It really does take a good story, plot to make a good movie. It just seems that way since animators tend to a majority of the work and really sets the direction of what the flash goes kind of like a director.

The Collab Forum has to have some rules to help keep some order. It does seem unfair that you have to have a 3.5 Batting Average, etc. but it's meant to keep things orderly. Best advice is to post in the List of ppl Looking to Collaborate Thread and maybe someone is looking for a good writer.

sure there are a couple of threads for writers to post their scripts, but its different for writers, an animator can have their thing animated and submitted before someone can jack it, but for a writer, if we post our script, it can be animated, uploaded, and people can go uncredited without them ever knowing.

I mean honestly, I have so many ideas, that arent crap, hell I am a writer by nature, but I am crap at animating so Id rather spend more of my time writing. I can write shorts like crazy, and Id rather be a writer than an animator because thats what I am good at, and just like those who animate should animate, thats what they are good at, its hard to find someone who is good at both, and honestly that is fine, but how come writers get blasted for wanting to get our craft animated. I mean I have seasons upon seasons of various webshows I would love to get animated, but I get blasted, animators take forever to animate half the time, mostly because they cant think of what to do in their animations or episodes because they get blocks.

Is it just me or have other people's posts been getting a lot of negativity and than being locked immediatly after? I joined this site YEARS ago, loved it than, loved the community, the inovation of the work, still love things I find on here nowadays, but I have noticed everyone on here now is very critical of others and very stuck up in what they say and do. Before it was not bizarre to find someone do a piece for the fun of it, or help colab for free with others, and now its all about people wanting to make money off of others, I understand getting revenue from adds, sales or freelancing, but when everyone demands money for a hobby short or w/e I mean come on. What happened to this site being for people to express themselves. Hey I am wanting to make many webshows and one offs for Newgrounds (and possibly other places), and I want to get a team together that can carry this stuff out, and we can take requests from people who are blatently writers as well (depending if we all agree on the subject matter), I want this to be serious, so everyone will be "auditioned" (as in show me something that you want to contribute).

Looking for animators!

At this moment only looking for animators, later on will look for writers and voice actors, but for now, animators is important (because I already have a slew of things I have planned to make, so start with those, and after people get to know our company/crew than we can branch out).

I record my own music, I write, and I will gladly do voice acting, I wont charge money, because I just enjoy doing this.

why do people bother posting things about how criminal they are? do they think people on the INTERNET will think they are gangster or something? Dont get me wrong, im sure there on "gangster" people on here, but you know what makes a GOOD gangster a gangster, is by NOT TALKING ABOUT THINGS!!
