after much umm and arrrhing , i have decided that my chose for the best fictional character is ........
SONIC THE HEDGEHOG
Because not only is he segas mascot and a legendary game character , he has superspeed and a cool pair of sneakers plus the guy is freaking blue instead of the brown colour of your usual hedgehogs.

Neo: Why my arsehole hurt?
Morpheus: You've never used them before (arsehole line taken from Cypher "surpise arsehole ,beat you never saw that coming" speech

Tank: So what do you need? Besides a miracle.
Neo: Spoons. Lots of Spoons.

i used to work at thorpe park (a theme park) and the ride called zodiac had a structal failure with park guests on the actual ride , there was a massive clange and i jumped back in fright and fell over a chain link fence that was used to signify the queue line causing me to land on a park guest and half a second later the ride smashed through where i was standing leaving a 3 inch piece of wood from the fence embedded in the grass behind that. all could do while waiting for the medics to arrive was say "holy shit"
