A. What would you classify your style of art?
Various exercises within the field of illustration.
B. Top Five inspirations?
Vilhelm Hammershøi, Enki Bilal, Michael Kvium, Alphonse Mucha, Juanjo Guarnido
C. How long have you been doing art?
On and off as long as I can remember.
D. Has your style changed completely since then? If yes, what was it before?
I think my style changes all the time. But I have become better at also changeing my subject. I don't don't know if that is good or bad though.
A freind of my recently showed me a magazine she is subscribing to and I looked pretty nice. So I checked out their website and they are a lot of interviews with interesting artists so check it out:

In other news, and I think quite exciting news (for me at least) - this message is beeing written on my own computer, In my own home, and posted with stolen internet from some of the neighbours. A whole freaking year without a computer has finally ended :D

The damn thing got a 2.95 rating... Which leads me to believe it is no good.

Do you think it is how they are presented? Is it the style? The coloring? Should I quit?
Pictures with a M rating must contain large uncovered breats and or female genitalia or the hordes of horny teenagers will have your head. They just zero bomb because they are disapointed about the lack of porn.
Wauw.. You turn you back for 3 days and the world (art forum) turns upside down. I gave up on reading through the shitloads of post but I think I have gotten the gist of it. So is everybody happy again? Can we draw some dicks now?
Nice lines.. But where has her arm gone in the forum version :P
I do like the intentional "going over the lines" coloring - but I think in some places you have understated it a bit. If the color behind the line doesn't go far enough either in or outside the line then it will make the line look weird and fuzzy, and you have done so in some places. You have only made your colors run outside your lines - but you could also let them go inside.

Nice little illustration, but I think that the handle should be showing just a bit. And perhaps there should be just a bit of a gritty effect on the black parts. Lastly I would move the cup just a wee bit leftwards so that the horizontal line doesn't interfere with the highlight/transparant part of the coffee at the right.
You make some cool stuff.. Cool I tell you..

I believe those are disco plateau-shoes. It's saturday, it's night and he has a fever..
I think it's well deserved too. You really worked hard on this at it turned out really well. So good job dude :)

That is one confident turtle.. Nice touch with the sunglasses. I think you should fix the perspective on the legs though - it is a bit backwards right now. The front legs should be further apart or the hindlegs should be closer together - one of the two :) Perhaps try to draw a square under the turtle to see where the legs should be.
Allrigthy.. I could have needed two hours..
The green thingy now indicated when the female Bs are ready to become pregnant. Green means go.
So Joe you have been doing all your vectors in illustrator so far?

Oh I like where this is going - it sure sounds interesting..
I think I will try to post a progress shot for a change. Perhaps somebody has some bright ideas about what to do with this..

But this is just the background to the drawing hehe ;D
Cool. Looking forward to seeing it..
I think it is better, but perhaps not as original..
His teeth seem a bit crooked, but not that much. Perhaps you should add a red tint to him to integrade him better with the background. Plus, those eyes are REALLY white :)
But great job still :D
Man you are improveing leaps and bounds right now. Must feel great :)
I think that with crosshatchins this good you don't need such heavy linework. Perhaps abandon the lines all to gether and try to create something similar..
Aww.. The little guy is is now a teenager, starting to grow hair in special places :P
Not much has changed except the fluffynes and the tail like thingy. The light green thing on the stomach is still there.
Dibs on B. It will take and hour or two..
