Hey, I've got a problem, I can't draw roads... I'm good with drawing objects and stuff, but for a flash I'm making I need to draw a road on which a tank to go. But It always turns out bad, and when I try to animate the road (to have a moving effect :P ) It turns out worse! Any tips, suggestions or anything! But I still can't draw a road, and you can guess that With this drawing a crappy road won't do, so PLZ Help :'(

go to the properties tab, (make sure your lightning is a movie clip), choose Color: Advanced and settings there play around with the RGB (color) and make it transperant bu adjusting the A)+ (alpha) option

Hey I'm trying to use a swift file in 3ds max, but I can't import it.. I tried exporting it to .ai but it got Flat on 3ds max. I think I basicly tried everything, but it didn't work. So does anyone know how I can make it so that I can export a swift file to a 3ds file?

It's not much now, but I have some cool artists in the game and we're hoping it will turn out nice. That is as soon as I finish the inventory ,shop and some other scripts. But if anyone needs help with actionscript (or with art cause I can do both :P ) ask away

you add a bottom layer on the scene you want and add a 550x400 box with the color you want, lock the layer and you have your background :)

actually the sword I just posted sucked :P although the red will look better on your one. you should make it more blurry on the top part too :) and add some blood. I'm not good at blood though

I definetly like the character and the only problem with the sword is the blade. Work on that a bit because I don't like the gradient used. You can just make it red and make it bloody on the top part like the pic below and I bet it will look a lot better :)

Maybe I'll use them for an rpg :P

Yeah Game makeer is an awsome free software to make games and SnoopHog had the link to the web-site. I think it's a lot easier than flash and it doesn't require AS knollege to make games, however your options are more limited. But it's still cool :)
