Did you know that some people in the world don't play HL2 and WoW? Some people just get on, check email, click a news article and get out. If your want to check such simple things why WOULD you dip the extra 700$ for a "good" computer like you said. Also, netbooks are 150-250$ in my town.

I agree the depth is a problem, I'll try to work on that, maybe draw a character. (First time though so, don't expect too much) On the first 2 pieces around 30 minutes or so each. And my tools I use are,

Brush, blur and fill. Havent tried anything else yet.

Quality over quantity will not do. Think man think. Your in charge of a website. You want people to come to your website, you want people to become involved. You can't do that if your forcing people to do more and more stuff to PREVENT them from becoming involved. I agree perhaps something should be done but not your idea.
