Actually, she wanted men and women to have more common ground, to actually be equal, even. Honestly, men and women have never been closer to finding common ground then they are today. Men and women can actually relate to eachother, as they are now treated in at least a similar manner.
Honestly, do you want to revert to the days when women weren't allowed to hold real jobs, and were expected to stay in the kitchen, taking the occasional beating from their husbands for unsatisfactory behavior? How is that common ground?

Allow me to point out that my comments in no way represent my opinion of the entire U. S. military, only the soldiers who lack the intellectual fortitude to avoid firing on Canadian diplomats, or bombing allied soldiers. Fools like that misrepresent us as a nation, and are destroying the world's image of us.
I have the utmost respect for soldiers who can get through their day without firing on diplomats, or ass-raping civilian prisoners, and I honestly don't care who gets offended when I complain about the soldiers who are to god damned stupid to manage that. It's my own way of respecting the troops that deserve it.
