This should probs say at least 64kbps but still streamed!

Hope to have alot of movies in my inbox on the 18th! but not so many that my inbox crashes!!

I have finished my movie for this already < WOOT!> so. 48 hours work is my movie, you all still have alot of time left so try to beat my movie!

If you've heard of Newgrounds Time attack then you should be ok with this concept..
Create a short Flash movie about anything you want and send the .FLA file to me and i will put the best 5 movies together into a big movie and place it onto newgrounds. I will be making a movie too, get others you know to make movies too if you want!

The Catch? = All movies MUST:

1: Be between 30 - 60 seconds mintues in lengh
2: NOT be copied or stolen from other people
3: Be UNDER 5MB <.FLA file, the .swf must be under 1MB>
4: Follow normal Newgorunds rules
5: Have some effort put in it
6: Include sounds, all of which must be STREAMED and set at 64kbps
7: Be about anything! Music video, random fighting.. Anything.. at long as it is good!!!
8: 24 FPS
9: 550X400 or less < borders would be placed in where needed
10: Be in by 18TH OF JULY

The overall movie should be on newgrounds on the 20th...
Credits will be done acordingly

i think star wars got better but then ep 1 came out and ruined it.
on newgrounds.. i think waterman has gone form good to great.. but sound quality has gone down alot...
