Guess not.
There's quite a few games that have one or two boss fights or sections in levels that really test your patience, and may sometimes even make you go "FUUUUUCK!" and throw the controller out the window. Well, I'm pretty sure we've all gone through that at least once.
This was mainly when I was on Devil May Cry 4 moments ago, fighting Sanctus for the first time and how EVERY FUCKING TIME I GOT HIS SHIELD DOWN HE'D RETREAT TO THE OTHER FUCKING SIDE OF THE LEVEL AND KEEP THROWING FUCKING ATTACKS AT ME. Man, it really pissed me off.
So what video game has got you mad at it, and what for?
Well, for those who haven't checked, Castle Crashers is on the Network for £10.99. I'm downloading the trial just to give it a go, but I'm hoping someone must have got the full game.
My question is this - Is Castle Crashers good or not? I know it's an arcade game (Not something I'm into to be honest, but I might still get the full version), but if it turns out the full game isn't very good then I don't think I'll bother getting it.
About 30... although I'm looking to sell a few of them, bringing it down to about 25.
I know a lot of you will have seen the reviews they gave for Modern Warfare 2 and Bad Company 2 - in case you didn't see it, Modern Warfare 2 got a 9.5 whilst Bad Company 2 got an 8.9. There were a LOT of complaints about this, and come on... everyone knows Bad Company 2 is better.
My concern is that since they gave Forza 3 a 9.4 (By the way, you should check out the user ratings - you probably wouldn't believe what they put), considering that it's taken Polyphony five years to make GT5 what it is now, they could bash on that they "somehow haven't achieved a lot over that period of time" and mark it down to anything below 9.4. They're not the best when it comes to reviews, but that's my view.
And YES, I know very well that GT5 isn't even out yet, but I'm concerned about what rating IGN will give it.
Discuss.
Naughty Bear is an awesome game. Causing other bears to commit suicide is perhaps my favourite part of the game, due to the different ways they (or you) can kill them.
This thread is open for whatever you want to talk about related to the game. I'd recommend this game to anyone.
It's better than Hitman. IMO.
Discuss.
Well, from E3 I saw the trailer for inFamous 2, and due to the fact that I absolutely love inFamous, it was something that cleared my thoughts on Gran Turismo 5 (even though I cannot wait for that to come out).
But then I saw the new guy already - yeah, he's the kind of guy I wouldn't mind to play as from a change of Cole Mcgrath, but it did dissapoint me a bit.
And come on... for those who say it is Cole, he sounds different and looks different, too. I don't get what made them think it was Cole.
Still, if this new hero/villain/whatever has ice abilites (as there was that brief part with the ice shards around him) that would be pretty cool... but I'm not too sure of it. Just having a whole new element of abilites would have cut it for me, anyways (especially with FIRE.)
I wonder if they will stick with all the original gangs - finding their way over to this new district/city somehow, unless it is the same place as the first game.
Basically, discuss.
Mine has never failed on me - and yes, it's an 80gb fatty model.
Anyways, sorry to hear this.

Kind of an action/horror - Doom 3 for example. To be honest, that could be something I'll get before Dead Space.
You really want to shit your pants? THIS is the game for you
Dead Space first, that another time - although I have heard you have no weapons to defend yourself with on there. D:

I think I can agree with that.
First person I know to use my username in a sentence, anyways...
Well, now I just need to see where I can get it - all the game stores in the local area usually have any game that's been preowned... I didn't find a hint of Dead Space at all last weekend.
But then again, they should have it on Amazon or eBay.

I'm worried GT5 is gonna end up not being released for another several years or so...
Back on topic
Everyone wouldn't mind just sticking with Team Fortress 2... that isn't a bad game at all, is it?

Yeah, they were saying they might change the name to Windows... something.
is a device that detects motion
The Eye toy did detect motion... partially - it did kinda suck though.
And to be honest, I really couldn't care less about Natal - I played the Eye Toy back on the PS2 and didn't like it, so I don't mind about what happens.
Yeah, I know that game has been out for 2 years or so and that the second one has already been revealed, but I still want Dead Space.
A few people I've been talking to have been saying to get maybe a couple of 'less scarier' games before trying Dead Space - yes... it'll be my first horror game. So why have I suddenly decided to get a horror game? Well...
A lot of my games do give me a thrill (eg - Tekken 6 when the fights are really close) but I want a game that can scare me properly... sure, I could just get a Silent Hill game, but Dead Space is on an abandoned ship (heck, we all know that). Plus I LOVE Sci-Fi.
So... should I go for it straight away or just try out a 'less scarier' game? If this is the case, could you recommend a game?
And anyone who says they didn't find the game scary at all, still just recommend SOMETHING rather than just saying "it isn't scary"... I know it will still scare me, though.
Nobody told me about this!

A couple of times when I pretty much sink a whole magazine of bullets into someone there's a delay before they get killed... it's annoying.

Shit was SO cash.
DAAAAAAAMN, and I thought my 3765 points would be an awesome score.

Jill is such a milf.

Yeah, it used to be a pretty bad ass series.
I freaking loved Hoodlum Havoc. I dunno why, but it was just so awesome.
Vector.
His voice is almost as annoying as Cream's.
Cream.

Rouge.
Slaaaaaaaaaaaag.
Charmy.
A little shit.
Cream.
SHUT. THE. FUCK. UP.

Get the fuck out of here.
Silver.
Annoying voice, not another hedgehog and everyone loves him - WHY?
I'm not 100% on Shadow... all the other characters are fine in my opinion.

Why are people getting so stressy over little errors these days? Not even I knew Pandemic was shut down until now.

What do you think of the Fighting Genre?
It can be really fun landing combo's and super-awesome specials onto the oppenent. Jack-6's attack in which he spins his right arm round and round can be a 1-hit KO.
Do you like it or hate it and why?
Like it. Above.
What is you least/worst favorite game/series?
Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Just... GAAAAAAAAH.
Do you think I'm an idiot?
