Someone stole JPB's Air Runner game and uploaded it to Newgrounds. I blew the whistle to tell them.

Response to: Mini-Game Collab 2 Posted October 9th, 2009 in Game Development

Thanks. I might change the graphics and make it a survival game. Because I don't know how to do bullets. I should be able to work my way around that. Hopefully it turns out good.

Ok. I forgot I was still evolved with this collab. So, I haven't hade anything yet and completely forgot about it. So it is a Robot Chicken style based on Newgrounds? And what is the due date. Just so I can get something done.

Hey YoinK. How did you get your level up so fast? Last time I saw you you where on like Level 30. And that was like a couple of weeks ago. I can believe you get up to that because it takes around 8 years, voting every day, to get that. And you joined 2001. Still. What happened?

There are lots of good ones on the internet. But most videos on youtube are crappy quality.

Response to: Exporting video to upload? Posted October 2nd, 2009 in Game Development

Response to: Mini-Game Collab 2 Posted October 1st, 2009 in Game Development

Sorry. I know we can probably use a type of v-cam, but what do you mean by the tweening and more impact? Like on the camera when something happens? I don't get it. Please explain.

And I have changed the buttons.
Response to: Mini-Game Collab 2 Posted October 1st, 2009 in Game Development

Can we use v-cam?

Response to: Mini-Game Collab 2 Posted October 1st, 2009 in Game Development

Thanks. I will change them now.

Did you just copy that code from somewhere? And your registration point in your character movieclip needs to be at the bottom of your character. It really sounds like you copied that code from somewhere.

Response to: Boom De Ah Dah Posted October 1st, 2009 in Game Development

How long until you think the collab will be finished? Would it be after you get the images from these people.

Seeming as I am the programmer, I only know AS2. I am planning on learning AS3 when I have the time. Then I will go into further things like C & C++ but I currently know not all of AS2, I am still learning, but am going to start learning AS3 soon.

Response to: voice acting needed Posted October 1st, 2009 in Game Development

Move with arrow keys. Shift is run, Z is jump.

This is not the finished thing. This is just a test level. Programming is not 100% done. Nor graphics. These are from Metal Slug. They are just very good. I am using them to help me with programming so I can tell what is happening. I will be usin gmy own artwork for the game.

Please keep me in!

Ps: If you think this is from that game I am helping Cococokie is, it isn't. i just used the sprites and re-wrote the program myself. I did this all! Other then the sprites and background

Response to: Tips For A Game! Please Help!! Posted September 30th, 2009 in Game Development

We will not give you code but will help you in some way.
For the first on, I don't know what to do.
For the second one, PUT UP THE FPS! It is that easy1
For the third one, follow the tutorials and learn actionscript! Most tutorials will acutally give you the code for this! But don't use it. Learn from it and make your own code.

WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU NON-FAULT CODE BECAUSE THAT MEANS YOU ARE NOT CREATING IT!

Ps: just learn action script. it is not that hard.
