lulz nice find. your review was like the only proper review yet it was still marked as useless.

That how it is now. If a flash is considered bad by the masses and the review isn't hateful towards the flash it will be marked useless. If the review is abusive and mean towards the flash when it is considered crap then it is marked helpful even when you know it is abusive. But don't worry though if those people try to mark it as abusive to get it deleted then their whistles will suffer because of it.

Make sure you are flagging correctly. If you are flagging right and wrong you will be at a stand still. Also make sure you are clicking the X that is next to the review and not the minus or plus. Other wise the review mods will never see it on the abuse review list that they check.

Just because it is a KK movie doesn't give anyone the right to leave abusive reviews

Actually it would be cnsidered abusive by rule number 2 whch says

So if you were to say the movie Sucks what benifit would it have to the author? None what so ever it is just a crap review and by rule #2 it should be deleted. On the same note the original reason for the review space so you could give your thought on the flash movie or game so the Author can "Improve" not for you to leave a crappy review that holds no Benifit to the author.

But if you were to say make a review like this one

"This movie sucked badly. It would have been a lot better if you improve the drawings, Fixed the sound so it would flow better with the flash or just added a better plot." then it would slide since while you are saying the movie or game was bad you are giving advice on how to improve. But if you were to just say "The movie sucked badly" or something to that degree then it woud be up for grabs by all the whistle point hungry users out there as well as those who are just trying to help NG became abuse free.

Maybe so but how does that help the author? If the review doesn't help the author to improve then it would be deemed a pointless review and 9/10 those are deleted (Unless it is a spam movie) But i that isn't the case here then that review would be abusive.

I really see no point in going for the borderline reviews anyway, the potential to gain whistle points is totally unjustified by the fact that if you lose, you lose much more than you stand to gain in the first place...so, don't bother.

I don't flag like I used to bt when I was flagging like that I would even flag those borderline ones as well. This was because I remember in an old thread that wade had said Reviews ad to be 100% clean in order to stay on NG if it was even 1% abusive it would be deleted. Some borderline reviews had so sort of abuse in them and if I saw it I would flag it. But now a days it seems that reviews that are mostly constructive but have the a small amount of abuse in it are let to slide. (I remember one of the newer review mods say this in a post here I don't remember which one)

On a side note to this I have to ask you do you take into consideration the subject that is posted before the review? I remember some time ago if the review itself was clean but the subject of the review was abusive the whole review would be deleted for that do you still go by that?

1 2500 B/P total (which will make you an Elite guard private)

Happens to me all the time. I A.) don't have enough time to judge the UJ flash fairly, or B.) have a lot of other shit to do, making depositing exactly what it is; a 30 second job.

No you didn't this has been coming for a long time now when I was removed off the top B/P list in the EGB due to absence that was the near breaking point it made me realize that I was getting old even though I am not even in my mid 20's yet.

And that is quiter talk. We face the same problems as you with Rage's thread and the portal, but we tough it out. If I didn't believe in doing things honestly, I wouldn't be here; I'd be making alt reviewing accounts right now

I have my reasons for slowing down with my whistle. But when you see yor favorite thread take a turn for the worse in several ways it tends to hit yo right in the heart. I loved the Rage thread even more then I loved this thread (for all those who didn't know that now you do don't hold it against me)
It kept me out of trouble back in the day before I got into this thread here ( The mods back then had itchy fingers when it came to using the destroy button as a result I would always get banned since I couldn't tell the difference been good and spam threads)

Also I never said I stopped flagging I said I slowed down I won't give up flagging no matter how bad it gets that is a part of me as well as this account. The same can be said for believe it of not My whistle. That is right the one unstoppable flagging Princess (No matter what anyone saids ramagi will always be the flagging queen even though I did past her in whistle points) has gone into cruise with that for several reasons.

1 I don't have to time like I used too otherwise I would post regularly like I used to in this thread or in the Rage thread

2 My favorite thread (the Rage thread) has gone to hell I remember when it was a thing of beauty but now it has become nothing more then a 1 post up thread and it is now a shadow of it's former self. (If you don't believe me take a look at the at the posts from 2004-2006 in that thread and compare them to the ones you see now.

3 Thanks to some idiots out there you have to watch out for stupid little spam alts. I mean come on it is not as hard to get a deity whistle or even a gold whistle as it used to be trust me of all people I would know this (as well as the New X-Naut since he got gold last before the system changed) since it took me 7 Months since I started flagging to get a gold whistle and I had to flag thousands of reviews for several days and hundreds others to get this. I never had encounter a spam alt back when I was flagging in 2005-2007 and back then the whistle system was on a sliding scale. But now that it is easier then it was before little pricks want to try and cheat to get whistle rank it is a disgrace.

4) I don't agree with it myself but it is one I wish that wasn't created. there are limits on what you can flag. Now you can only go back as far as 2005 to flag reviews. While I can't do anything about that one since the Admins made this rule, It leave plenty of holes. I mean not everyone is going to find every abusive review made. If it keep going like this evenually certain abuse that would have been normally deleted if it was back in the old days will be immune to flagging due to the resent flagging rule and many people will be discouraged from flagging them due to the constant mod posting of "Don't post/Flag any reviews that are older then 2005.

With this I am saying this. I am retiring from the EGB (and no this isn't an april fools joke like the last time for those of you who do remember.) For reasons stated above. Have fun Protecting the portal from spam (even though due to stat whore and other people who are too lazy to watch the flash crappy flash is getting protected instead of blammed) as well as flagging to keep those whistle shiny

I remember reading about that. It still gets to me that some people would go so low as to make alts to make abusive reviews just so they can get deity whistles with their mains. I doubt it would have affected me too much but it is still a shame.

You can't kill the KK Remember people just because reviews are mark as helpul doesn't mean they are not abusive read before you mark people.
