I got a message back frin J-Rex regarding the time limit.

Me: It seems that we have come to the consensus that Monday by 12 pm (EST) is a fair deadline for the game jam. I just wanted to confirm with you. Let me know if this time works. Thanks.
J-Rex: That sounds good. I won't check the games until 4 pm est but 12 pm works
