Hi, My name is Vana White. I am 30 years old and a lesbian. I am unsure if I am joining this club the right way.

My story is nothing major. I used to be straight, and tom-boyish. I played softball and soccer in high school. These sports helped me become more desirable among the male crowd in High School. I never dated the jerks, I always picked the sweet and caring guys. The guys who was street smart and had a way with words. In public, they would be sweet and caring, in private, they would want me to do disgusting things. I gave in sometimes and hated myself for even trying. When High School was over and I attended a community collage. I met another supposed "guy" and dated "him" for a few weeks. When we got close enough and wanted to get physical, I discovered "his" back story. "He" used to be a "she", and "he" still had left over parts. I was so shocked I ran out and had to go through counseling. Later on, I gave him a second chance, we lived together for a few months then "he-she" cheated on me with another man. I had even more counseling. I dated other men, all of which were just as selfish in bed as all my other past lovers. So finally at the age of 25 I tried something new, a woman. It was the best relationship decision I ever made. The relationships were ten times as intimate, the women were not selfish in bed, and best of all I was happy. Although it was not at all like a fairytale ending. Being a "gay" comes with hate from former friends, neighbors, and people who do not even know me. I live in the bible belt of the USA, so I got countless letters, emails, and phone calls, riddled with hate. If it was not for my Ma and Pa, I probably would have moved out of town. My father is a local Judge, and my mother is a High School Teacher. They are highly respected in the community. When I first told them of my decision, they were skeptical and disappointed, but they supported me. Anyway were it not for my parents, my close friends might have murdered me.

Now I am happy, I have my dignity, and everyone in my neighborhood respects me. I am currently dating this amazing woman named Becca, short for Rebecca. There are still some haters around here, but they at least only spew their molten hate once a year at Gay Pride. That's my story. So do I get to join now?

Me and Becca went over all of the reply's, guesstimating here. Around 70 percent of you guys were accepting, or were neutral. 20 percent were arguments non related. Only 10 percent were against, but they had their own reasons to do so, they did not just spam hate words. Wow... I am both touched and amazed. NG is not a "cesspool of hate" like some people have said to me. Everyone who posted on this, I thank you for sharing your views and I thank you for making me feel... accepted. I will take some of your responses to heart and cherish them. Thank you.

Ever since I posted a comment on someones (who wishes to be left out of this forum post ) profile stating that I am a lesbian, people have been sending me either one of two PM's.
1, "You will burn in hell you homo sinner" and. 2, "Oh yeah? Tell me about your lesbian self..."
The reason I am even posting this blog is to face the masses and let the worst hit me head on at one time. So later on people will either accept me or ignore me. So here goes, I am a lesbian who lives in the bible belt of the USA. I have fought for equality and the right to be respected for my life decisions. Being a homosexual does not make a person different, except for if they choose to be: I enjoy entertainment as much as you do, I have a respectable job like you do, I have many friends who stand by me like you do, beyond any of those I am a living, breathing, feeling, and loving person like you are. Who I find attractive is merely a subcategory to who I am.

Now I will go to bed, and in the morning I will see what NG thinks about me. Hopefully this will allow me to enjoy NG more without having to be harassed in the near future.

America has never invented an original sport, Football is Rugby, and even has a stolen name to a different sport. Soccer is Football. Volleyball, Swimming, Shooting, Baseball, Quarters, Polo, and so on were invented in either Europe or Asia. Le Cross is a variant of a Native American game.

The only game I can think of that was invented in America after the pilgrims landed is "Lets see who the stupidest person is!" I am not bashing America, I am a true patriot of the ideal. We have the right idea, but the use the wrong method. We strive to be the best and to be very competitive, when it comes to sports, but we blow our honor in the aftermath of victory. Example: OJ Simpson, The Juice. One of the best running backs of all time. Blows his honor by murdering his wife Nicole Simpson and the other guy Ron. All anyone will know him by ten maybe twenty years from now is "the guy who got off for murdering his wife."

Yes a banshee was originally a specter like woman who has yet to pass on. Mostly derived from sailor tales. The fog of the sea and howling of the winds on cold nights would sometimes sound like a scream, Banshee folk lore stories go way back into the 18th century. Microsoft named the "halo" airship after it because of the way it moves through the air and how it sounds. Most of the "Halo" vehicles and characters have one dimensional metaphoric meaning behind them.

Does he have a good reason to hit a girl? I doubt that. Here is what you do, gather all the people who are your friends, including the girl who got hit. You should have five people at least. Confront him and demand an apology from him. He will most likely comply, numbers and unity usually intimidate single persons. However if he should refuse, remind him of what he has done, and walk away. Be sure to have some kind of recording device for evidence. It may not sound like this will resolve anything, but non violent means always win. If he continues to harass you or any of your friends after you all have put it behind, then he has already taken steps to be prosecuted.

Just Shoot Me! Come on! David Spade, Laura San Gominco, George Segal, Stephany White, the guy from Flashpoint! It only made 2 seasons! The show was hilarious, it was about a magazine company named blush and they would go through these great scenario's of office related or personal related arguments. I loved it.

This is my belief, but the only PC games that are any good are MMo's. WoW, Shiya, Perfect World, ect. The older games like Tetris, Comic Zone, Duke Nukum, Doom, while they were fun on the computer. However they were easily remade and transferred over to console games. If you want to play a video game by yourself you could play it on a console. If you wanted to network, or role play, with other people use the computers MMO games. Because as far as I know any way, gamer developers have yet to make any "GOOD" MMO's for console. And I know what you guys are thinking, "FF11 is a great MMO." I don't see the point in having to pay Xbox/PS and Square Enix on a monthly basis for a game that is equal to Perfect world/ Shiya which is free and basically the same thing. As for WoW I only have to pay blizzard once a year and I got the discs real cheap because I bought them off season.

If I lived in a video game.... As much as I love Mass Effect and the FF series, I can't see myself living in a scenario like the military or on world traveling adventures. It would be cool but I am trying to be honest here. What about DOA X2, I could live like that ;P. Sand, surf, lots of hotties who are stacked, all I would have to do in the game is look pretty and show some skin. Maybe I could get Helena to fall for me. It would be weird at first, but I could help her to get over her mothers death, and she would repay me naughty ways. Okay fantasy over...

I have only played the following Square Enix/soft games. FF7, FF10, FF10-2, FF12, Draken Guard, Draken Guard 2, Unlimited Saga, and both Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2.
Out of all the FF's I have played not one has "Enemy's that level is equal to your own level." All the monsters have previous set stats and or level traits, and they only increase as you continue to travel through the games plot.
Draken Guard is a massive killing, almost Dynasty Warriors like game. Yes it has levels but all the monsters have a previously set of attributes. The only difference between this and FF is that they come in the thousands so if you are not careful, they can get you from behind.
Unlimited Saga, they leveled up as you did, and even higher. That game was cheap and poorly put together. The monsters in that game got consistent damage, while your fate relays on a wheel of green orbs and red X's. The wheel is also biased. When you hit a green the count of green orb goes up by 1, when you hit a red, which is pretty often, 3 are gained.
Kingdom Hearts. The game was so easy I never had to check monster stats. Sora/Donald/Goofy, strange and mostly obnoxious attacks always win, it combines overpowering and unfair traits, as well as a God of War boss battle system.
So in short, I have never heard, played, or seen a FF game that has "Enemy's that level is equal to your own level."

1st. You kids today are so fragile. All commercial video games made in the Us, Mexico, Canada, and most of Europe, now have big orange and white warning labels on them saying. "May cause seizures." because of things like this keep on happening.
2nd. I highly doubt that this is the first time that this has happened, guessing that your brother is around ten.
3rd. If he is around ten, who was watching him? Dose your mom/dad, or even you, monitor the computers and TV because of his condition?
4th. We can't take your forum seriously with its poor description. Its just two badly written sentences and a link to a crappy game that even a ten year old would close after the first 5 seconds.

Lesson for you. Watch out for yourself as well as your family and take responsibility.

So I created this post to figure out the differences in most of the programs. Which program other users use and would recommend. Which program is the cheapest, if not free. As a kid I only had a used Pong console and an actual Pac-Man arcade. So those two set up a bases of me always looking for the straight and narrow ways through a game. But unfortunately with today games being so complex with layer upon layer of mapping, story, cut scenes, character development. My method make me a crappy gamer because I keep missing stuff.
