Just after the redesign, i couldn´t see banners either for a couple of weeks, and i didn´t know what it was. I even made a topic asking for help, everyone kept saying ´clear your cache´ etc... and in the end, it was my damn kaspersky anti-virus blocking banners >:(

I don´t think Vincents arm and feet were ´robotic´ but i think he had like some sort of metal casing/glove around his arm, and his feet too. I think that made him look uber cool. Especially the fingers on that metal glove thingy.
Tifa, however, is a bit much in her character modeling. Whats the actual chance that a girl will fight, and mean really fight, wearing an outfit like that. She didn't appear slutty or anything but it was a bit much at times. :/
