Progressive and Alternative Rock mainly.

Bands like:
Muse
Foo Fighters
OK Go
Radiohead
Weezer

I also like Pendulum which is odd because I'm generally not overly fussed about Electronica.

I can guarantee you that they're going to be used in a gameplay gimmick.

To a certain degree, it is. Origin of Symmetry is MUCH better then Black Holes & Revelations and Absolution is my favourite album of theirs.

Response to: Guitar Hero 6 Partial Setlist Posted May 25th, 2010 in Video Games

Only songs I like in that list is Uprising, Bohemian Rhapsody and Paranoid. The setlists get worse and worse. Last good Guitar Hero was Guitar Hero 3. That game had a good setlist.

I remember when I was younger my parents used to put the SNES in a cupboard upstairs when we weren't using it. So whenever I wanted to play it I would have to set it up but I always had trouble carrying the SNES down the stairs so I just dropped it down the stairs. I've done that maybe 40 times in my life...

I still have that SNES and it works like a dream.

Left 4 Dead 2 when I pre-ordered it. God damnit that game is so much fun.

Also Katamari Forever cost me £15 which I guess is about $20. So much fun...

From what I hear, things have changed for the worse. Coins are now being used as currency, and Yoshi appears in the first level.

That doesn't sound worse to me.

Double Agent is the worst in the series. Many laughs to be had while messing around with the enemies.

I remember in the first one, I snuck into a room while someone's back was turned and I turned the light off. Then as he walked to the light and turned it back on, I turned it off again straight away. Then he turned it back on, then I turn it off etc. It took him ages to realize that I was right next to him turning the light off.

Response to: Whats better for Machinima? Posted April 8th, 2010 in Video Games

Half Life 2 on it's own is pretty meh for machinima.

But anything Source related is easily much better then Halo 3 for Machinima. Gmod is easy to use and you've also got the SDK to make NPCs talk, you can design detailed maps, add your own models etc. It's just better. And with the Source Movie Maker coming out soon (not sure when), your machinimas will look amazing and fluid. Almost like the Meet The videos for TF2.
