As much as I would like that, I think it would only ruin the experience. I think OoT and MM are fine as they are and don't need tampering with.

I think that graphics should only be good if they have the spare time to make them good. They should spend all of their time making the gameplay good and then perhaps complementing the gameplay with good graphics afterwards.

A latency (ping) of under 200 is what you should be playing with. I get around 140 when playing with my American friends. When the server is located in the UK it's around 40.

Super Paper Mario was actually in development before the Wii was even out. Some might argue that Mother 3 is nothing like Earthbound but Mother 3 is still a good game.

I own a 360 with quite a few games that I play regularly and I'm trying to get a PS3 to get Metal Gear Solid, Uncharted 1 &2, LittleBigPlanet, Killzone 2 and hell even 3D Dot game heroes if it comes out in the UK. If it doesn't, I hope to god the PS3 is region free. I also have a steam games list of about 18 games. So no, I'm not a biased fanboy. I just think you're being unfair and ignorant on Mario.

In Metal Gear Solid 2, at the beginning when you're playing as Solid Snake. I was at the part where you're behind the crowd watching the speech about the new Metal Gear and I thought it would be funny if I pushed on. So I did, then it became dominoes and nearly everyone in the crowd fell over. It was funny. This was over 5 years ago though. Damn that game was awesome.

Brawl took around 3 years to make. It's not like a Sonic game, it didn't take less than a year to make just to make a quick cash-in title. A lot of effort was actually put into it and it was a fun game. Regardless of whether or not it's the greatest game ever, it was fun. People liked it so they tell other people about it.

Why is it the most talked about game on the site, You guys are really nostalgia based. Sonic sucks, Wii sucks, Mario is decent, and the company in a whole cares little for the audience. Why is it that more mature games aren't even talked about on a regular basis on here?

Why does the Wii suck? Sure the graphics are lackluster at times and sure, the controls may seem tacky at other times. But it has got a lot of good games regardless of what people say. It's got quality first party titles and the third party titles that ARE good, are usually really good.

While everyone can agree that Sonic hasn't been up to speed these days, as a character, he used to be awesome. And Mario is more then decent. Play New Super Mario Bros. Wii or Super Mario Galaxy, they're both really good games.

I'm 15 and am NOT biased towards Nintendo. I just finished a 5 hour run of Left 4 Dead 2 and I enjoyed it a lot. Nintendo is still churning out goodness that matches up to the standards. Other popular games like Assasins Creed and Halo 3 just bored me to no end.

If you think that 90% of Wii owners are uner 12 or just Nintendo fanboys, you must be blind. Have you SEEN the ads for the Wii? It's aimed towards casual gaming mothers. Especially in the UK. The latest Wii Fit Plus ad has Ant & Dec interviewing middle-aged women trying to lose weight.

It seemed pretty good. Surprisingly, playing it in the daytime really changed the experience for me. And the fact that there are 4 new main characters. It's a shame we didn't get all of the weapons in the demo.
