Tech Question... Posted November 10th, 2007 in Where is / How to?

For some reason, when I try to change my page header, and uploaded a new one, even though its says I have my new one as my page header on he upload page, when I look at my userpage, my old one is there. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how do you fix it? I'd appreciate anyone's help.
