OK guys n girls... im going to keep this thing on the road while DC is busy...

lets get some cracking art into this collab and make sure if you know anyone else good at art to have a look and think about it... DC isnt able to keep an eye on things at the moment so im going to take the lead and hopefully get everything sorted out and ready to roll by the time he gets back...

if your not able to help with the money side of things to help out the guys... spend a few hours to knock up some fantastic artwork for him instead... i will post a list in a day or two to clear up everything... also im going to see what else i can do for this collab, im going to talk to some more art portal buddies and artists to see if they would like to contribute to this collab...

hope DC gets back on his feet...

would someone explain in this thread or give links?... i checked his userpage... he seems crazed...

Sweet.. So how do they work? Front page is pretty self explanatory but how do you get the rest?

based on score... if your art picture has the highest votes for that day... its 1st place for that day.... like in the flash portal... then... if its 2nd spot for the total week... it gets 2nd for total... however... if it pops back into top spot and then the month is over... it gets a nice 1st for that whole month... front page awards are most likey choosen by admins / mods... but im not 100% sure about it.. but yeah... is basicly the same as the flash portal... :3

from what i have gathered... and my knowledge of the art fourm... portal... and users n mods... there is already enough users online to stop problems happing... there has been times when a thread should have been locked but no mods have been around to lock it... but normaly within the hour someone comes along and gives them a slap on the wrists and locks it away... the art portals having a few problems but nothing major that cant be sorted out with the handfull of mods on it... untill there is spam threads running riot in the fourms and the art portal clogged with carpet pictures and photos... theres nothing to worry about... it is a shame that she wanted to drop modship... but if people wish to do so there shouldnt be a rush of people waiting to take her place... mods are here to sort out the mess we make... and if everything is clean without that extra person... then theres no need getting another one... thats just my thoughts...

this is the art fourm for people serious *or not so serious* about artwork and improving there art... if you are just going to spam lame messages and mass artwork without trying to improve then i think you should go to the general fourm... you will find people alot like you there...
