I suggest you provide more information on what this project is.

A:) Such as - is it a fandub? audio book? animation?(if it's this, examples of work would entice people to reply)

B:) Will there be compensation? - what's the budget of this project.

And secondly, I think you're request for voice actors/actresses belongs in this thread.

For me, I pretty much realized that my passion was voice acting nearly 2 years ago now.

I was at a point where my interest in an art career was fading fast and I had to fill the void. I was a painfully shy kid growing up who would act out in absurd ways. People would always say something along the lines of "you should do that for a living."
Naturally I shrugged it of thinking that my intovertness was too much to climb over. So I spent my Associate's Degree on something the lost me somewhere in the void.

And many years later, I find myself in constant hindsight - wishing that I'd known what my love was so long ago. Oh well. I'm here now and that's all I can say about that.

As for seeking advice from people, I'm not a qualified person...in the sense that I don't have an ounce of training under my belt. Despite what talent a handful of people may think I have, I still know virtually nothing in the grand scheme of things.

I will say this though - if you're serious about this, know that you're your only way to success. Everything you do is paramount in this quest. Be aggressive, be smart, be diligent, and have fun.

My mentality is that you can't be a voice actor without being an actor. So do what you can to get involved at a local theater. Make connections, seek professional help, and never be discouraged. Failure is a stepping stone to success.

I love what I do. Make sure you do too. :)
