Alright, I changed EDUCATIONAL to INFORMATIVE... This is under MOVIES.

I added TUTORIAL as a category for games... Tutorials are generally classified as "GAMES / INTERACTIVE" when submitted.

I heard about de-leveling but does that only happen when PIMP deposits or is there other ways you get "weaker" or something. Like after not depositing EXP for a few weeks do you lose a great amount of EXP or just whatever the difference that PIMP deposits? Does that make sense? Let's say if PIMP stops depositing for a a couple months and so do I once I hit lets say level 15...in a couple of months will I be like level 13 etc etc?

If I blow the Whistle on a Racist submission and it gets blammed but NOT deleted does that count as a failure? Is it suppose to get DELETED if you blow the whistle? I blew one on some racist 2-frame Flash in the Judgement area of the Portal and all it had was some hitler guy with a Swastica talking about how he hates "nigg*rs" and jews and was glad they died and all that crap. So I blew the whstle but it only got blammed and not deleted? Did I get negative whistle points?

What is the exact EXP amount until de-leveling can happen? I think I might stop at the top of Level 9 for Max VP but not so I can get de-leveled if I don't visit for a few months. You know if I should stop at the last 2 EXP of Level 9 before I get promoted to Level 10?

Besides "Tits or GTFO" and "There r no girls on teh intaerweb lol", you newgrounds kids don't seem to know what to do with a girl. Worse are some of the girls here who are so masculine and saturated in the newgrounds world that you might as well be talking to a guy.

Why do you feel the need to randomly create drama & become catty with the other girls on this website for them being so "masculine"? You didn't need to say that to offer your advice from a girls perspective.

I'm racking up blams and protect points but these lame "UU" "SS" "MM" clans create so many videos a day that get protected when they're the most god awful pointless crap on the planet. How the hell are they getting their submissions to get 2.0 ratings and not literally .50 where it probably should be? Every time I try to blam one of their submissions they pass.

This video passed when it's a couple notches above absolute garbage.

Is it just me or is my Blam-taste just fucked up....? I'm serious.

I've been flagging "abusive" reviews for Whistle Points on my alt name but I'm not too sure if I'm hitting or missing when it comes to the review being negative. Naturally, I'm trying to rack up as many as I can get which might make me flag a border-line non-abusive review but I'm not sure. I remember reading what is acceptable and what isn't somewhere but I can't find the exact paragraph/page that shows it again and I was wondering if any of the veterans could explain to me what is constitution for having a review pulled. I'm more concerned about the border line things cus I know if someone starts shouting racist things or telling them to die are easy flags...although I'm not sure about the ones that are kinda soft but still pose for flagging.

Does anyone know what are the factors for voting power? The only thing I know of is your current LEVEL and your Blam/Save Badge Level. But how come when I check out two guys that are level 9 with the lowest of the low default Blam/Save Badge level they have different voting power? One guys was 5.01 and another guy who was also level 9 had 5.10. Do any of you know how that works? btw I already checked the FAQ and couldn't locate anything worthwhile.

Where can I find what all the secrets are when you level up? I'm sure I'll never get to level 30 and find out all the secrets but is there a list somewhere? Would anyone mind being so kind and maybe letting me in on the secret hehe Thank you!!!

Is there a difference between Flash 8 and Flash 8 Professional? Or are they the same program?

Is there any way to make the default stage bigger when you click on a review to leave one? i always have to scroll from side to side to click what rating i'm giving it then scroll down to view the message area

How long does it take to level up your whistle? What levels it up faster...flagging abusive comments or finding and flagging racist/stolen/hateful etc flash videos?

Is there a way that you can tell who has the most Blams / Protects? Like who has the biggest badge? I was checking the Experience Points user section and checking the highest people and the highest person I saw had like 5000 blams and 3000 protects or something. Is there a special way to see who has the most in the same way you can see who has the most EXP?

What if I give a submission a zero to blam it and it gets protected? Do I lose points or something?

How do people normally with like 1,000 Blam points get them? Usually all the videos are past the judgement period when I try to protect and blam.
