Response to: Seems there are no WMD... Posted May 12th, 2003 in Politics

Why have no weapons been found yet?
Ministry of Defence response - Well that could be because Saddam Hussein had so much notice of the impeading war that he had time to hide all his Weapons of Mass Destruction (which we had sold him) in underground caves in an effort to have the war stop.

But would he have not then used these weapons against the coallition troops when they started the illegal invasion?
Ministry of Defence response (#2) - That was because the war started so quickly and took him by so much surprise that he didn't have enough time to arm the weapons so that he could fire them at our troops.

Contradictory??

And why is the coallition so sure he might possibly have had some WMD? Because they sold them to him.

Thanks Jiperly, or whatever your name was, for having to make that pain-stakingly clear to the right-wingers, you are commended comrade.

"America cant keep trying to control the world and change it in any way they see fit, i think we need another, nice big communist super power, like China"

China is far from Communist. It is also far from being an anti-american country as well. It's kind of capitalist/stalinist/revisionist. The Communist Party there agress that 70% of what Mao did was right, and prefer not to talk about the other 30%.

"all get is shit for expressing my left wing views, but its not like that will change them, maybe newgrounds needs a communist crew, im all for it"

I get shit when I go to forums filled with bloody minded government slaves too. If a Communist crew was formed it is highly likely some sort of trade-embargo would be formed against us.

Go ahead, spew, hate the US, do anything you want to make yourself feel better about the big "L" on your forehead,
What, where are the lies? The truth was proclaimed, can't handle the truth mofo?

just don't expect us to give a flying fuck.
Which is of course exactly why you posted in this thread.

"No more posts from you," Fraid not

you're an ignorant fool."
Same to you too. It's always good to enjoy such eloquent speech from such people. Good to meet you too. Ignorant fools are always pointing out the truth as far as I am aware, not responding with candid remarks.

And no I'm not so much an anarchist as you believe. I hate the USA government for the lives it has cost.

I know that alot of people on the list deserved what they had coming to them, the whole world hated them. Some however did not, such as Charles-de-Gaulle, and Che Guevara. Alot of them were just on the list because they did not agree with American policy, which has cost a few lives.

Here's all you need to know, the USA has authority over the american land masses, as stated in the monroe doctrine.

I would support any country that would stand up to the USA, and support any country that was unjustly invaded by American military with the intention of overthrowing the elected president and killing many civilians. In what way was Allende's Chile a threat to other South American countries? Many had the need and want to become socialist, but were blocked to do so by the US government and their CIA backed dictators.

The CIA has performed many of these operations in South America. The USA has backed Fascist military dictators such as Batista in Cuba, before the glorious revolution. And as for them being so heartless, there was a 1954 coup, to overthrow elected president of Guatemala, Arbenz and then the CIA replace him with Castillo Armas. The CIA "A" list included 58 persons to be assasinated. The coup also ended in a Communist witch-hunt, with people such as the young Che Guevara being rounded up and imprisoned.

The CIA also back Alpha66, a Miami based terrorist organisation that threaten and kill Cuban nationals living in Florida and on the mainland.

Here's a little list of prominent foreign individuals the USA government wanted to assasinate since the Second World War:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----
U.S. GOVERNMENT ASSASSINATION PLOTS

The U.S. bombing of Iraq, June 26, 1993, in retaliation for an alleged Iraqi plot to assassinate former president George Bush, "was essential," said President Clinton, "to send a message to those who engage in state-sponsored terrorism ... and to affirm the expectation of civilized behavior among nations." *

Following is a list of prominent foreign individuals whose assassination (or planning for same) the United States has been involved in since the end of the Second World War. The list does not include several assassinations in various parts of the world carried out by anti-Castro Cubans employed by the CIA and headquartered in the United States.

1949 - Kim Koo, Korean opposition leader

1950s - CIA/Neo-Nazi hit list of numerous political figures in West Germany

1950s - Chou En-lai, Prime minister of China, several attempts on his life

1950s, 1962 - Sukarno, President of Indonesia

1951 - Kim Il Sung, Premier of North Korea

1953 - Mohammed Mossadegh, Prime Minister of Iran

1950s (mid) - Claro M. Recto, Philippines opposition leader

1955 - Jawaharlal Nehru, Prime Minister of India

1957 - Gamal Abdul Nasser, President of Egypt

1959, 1963, 1969 - Norodom Sihanouk, leader of Cambodia

1960 - Brig. Gen. Abdul Karim Kassem, leader of Iraq

1950s-70s - José Figueres, President of Costa Rica, two attempts on his life

1961 - Francois "Papa Doc" Duvalier, leader of Haiti

1961 - Patrice Lumumba, Prime Minister of the Congo (Zaire)

1961 - Gen. Rafael Trujillo, leader of Dominican Republic

1963 - Ngo Dinh Diem, President of South Vietnam

1960s - Fidel Castro, President of Cuba, many attempts on his life

1960s - Raúl Castro, high official in government of Cuba

1965 - Francisco Caamaño, Dominican Republic opposition leader

1965-6 - Charles de Gaulle, President of France

1967 - Che Guevara, Cuban leader

1970 - Salvador Allende, President of Chile

1970 - Gen. Rene Schneider, Commander-in-Chief of Army, Chile

1970s, 1981 - General Omar Torrijos, leader of Panama

1972 - General Manuel Noriega, Chief of Panama Intelligence

1975 - Mobutu Sese Seko, President of Zaire

1976 - Michael Manley, Prime Minister of Jamaica

1980-1986 - Muammar Qaddafi, leader of Libya, several plots and attempts upon his life

1982 - Ayatollah Khomeini, leader of Iran

1983 - Gen. Ahmed Dlimi, Moroccan Army commander

1983 - Miguel d'Escoto, Foreign Minister of Nicaragua

1984 - The nine comandantes of the Sandinista National Directorate

1985 - Sheikh Mohammed Hussein Fadlallah, Lebanese Shiite leader (80 people killed in the attempt)

1991 - Saddam Hussein, leader of Iraq

1998, 2001-2 - Osama bin Laden, leading Islamic militant

1999 - Slobodan Milosevic, President of Yugoslavia

And a few South American coups thrown in for good measure:

* Guatemala (against Jacobo Arbenz)
* Indonesia (against Sukarno)
* Brasil (against Goulart)
* Peru (against Alvarado)
* Bolivia (against Torres)
* Uruguay (Bordaberry against Bordaberry)
* Chile (against Allende)
* Panama (against Torrijos, by that "great democratic" leader, Noriega)
* Argentina (a world hit, this one: the Argentinians paid with 30,000 dead for the world popularity of their generals)
*Nicaragua - (Sandino first, then Ortega)

The monroe doctrine does basically not apply today. It was invented to defend South American countries against the European colonialists, and then to exploit them. Part of the isolation strategy to make the USA economically powerful, kick the Spanish out of the South and then exploit the coutries for all they are worth, like the Panama canal. The USA held, and still holds alot of authoritarian power in South America. Through being a defender of America against imperialism, and then setting up their own businesses in the South, The USA became an imperialist nation itself. As we all know too well today.

I would certainly hope so.

September 11th 1973
Shall Not Be Forgotten

I would like to offer my condolences for thousands of innocent civilians who were murdered during CIA's campaign to overthrow democratically elected president of Chile, president Salvador Allende. This event was truly a challenge to peace, and proves that democracy and justice is never secure.

Let's hope that the guilty get caught and punished before they get the chance to plan another act of terror.
