What are the most popular or usefull flash programs? im looking to try making them but i dont know which program to use, so what do you guys use?

i noticed the whole nazi thing happening here (new york) too. but i just thought they were funny and it reminded me of the "Hitler gets banned from Xbox live" video lol.
