Here's my two cents on the whole thing:
I don't mind some hentai sigs, but some things are going too far. That Guro sig is right on the fine line; same with Arthur's poop sig. What's unacceptable is what (I think) USER-NAMED had in his sig a while back (a hentai girl half naked and covered in cum) or Lemonparty, which I know Earfetish had in his sig. I see nothing wrong with most of the others.
