k, but im such a n00b in actionscripting and don´t understand it at all so can you help some?

i know this may sound(?) noobish but how do you change the background color, ever since i downloaded that damn ng preloader my background has been black and it skinda hard to draw stuff there... Please help and ill do my best to the collab
