I'm so blown. I turn 21 next thursday. But I can already buy beer from the local beer stores, liquor from the liquor stores, and i'm a regular at my favorite bar all without anyone asking to see my ID. The only thing i get asked to see my ID for is smokes. I mean sure its great that i can legally do all the stuff now but all the excitement is gone. I've been to a wide variety of bars in throughout the US. Asked once if i was 21 but didnt ask for the ID.
I mean I believe the reason the majority of parents dont like their kids smoking pot is because kids for the most part are incapable of smoking pot in moderation. I find most kids smoke a lot of pot and it takes over their lives. It becomes more important or takes precedence over the things they should be focusing on.
Concerning this whole laced weed deal. Keep in mind most laced weed sold is mids. Some headies is laced but from my experiences it isnt that often. Heres the important part. The body only needs a very small portion of weed to get "high" most people will smoke up to 100x what is needed to smoke (not 100 hits, theres a specific measurement but i forget what the units are). Thc is getting more and more potent. Some of these reactions could be cause by your body having more thc than its used to. I've been with people who have had similar reactions off of legit straight weed, straight from my buddies bedroom. I've also seen people have reactions on very potent medical grade weed. Also most drugs don't cause such a sensation (the ones i've had experiences with have been shrooms, acid, and weed). Speed shouldnt have such an effect.
I don't get why people think smoking with parents is weird or wrong. My parents have never done drugs (my mom has taken pks (which were perscribed) due to a broken vertebrae and wrist and loves em). But damn if I dont like smoking with my friends parents. The best is smoking with parents who dont want anyone to know they smoke.

A lot of the bands are from out of country and a lot of them aren't big popular bands more so local and underground (underground isn't so much the word i want to use but i can't think of a word to take its place). I'll offer that up as a reason why you might not know a lot of them.

Agreed. Around where I live its usually 60 an 8th for some good headies. If you want like uber uber dank dank top notch weed it runs 75-80 an 8th. Do the math and you can see prices arent that great around here.
My girl picked up an 8th of "greendizzle" at work. Looking forward to something i've never tried before. Although i bet it'll be identifiable as something else by taste and look. Either way im looking forward to it.

I love making food. In college we started "The Bakery". People would give us lots of bud and we'd make whatever food they wanted. Brownies are by far my favorite to eat. But putting butter on pasta was also pretty sweet. Lollypops are the best cause nobody suspects lollypops to have pot in them.
Thanks for the recommendations. As for Avatar, its a mixture between anime and american cartoons. I only through it in because I like some of the ideas in the show despite it being for a generation younger than me and i didnt know if there was any other anime that may incorporate elemental manipulation. Its also on the list at animewoot so i thought it was classified as such.
Hey fellas. I was hoping for some recommendations. I haven't really listened to metal since high school. Went to a punk show the other night and there was a metal band, and it really made me miss back in the day. I was hoping i could get a small list of whats good in metal these days.
Avatar the Last Airbender. I feel like its more of a kids show but it entertains me and doesn't leave me confused like a lot of anime i've tried watching.
Anyway, I know the guys here don't like it, but check out Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. Also, Black Lagoon and Baccano.
I was hoping for a recommendation. I'm a huge fan of Afro Samurai, Samurai Champloo, One Piece, Cowboy Bebop and Avatar. A lot of anime that i've tried to get into just doesn't cut it for me, and im not really sure why.

You like Flatfoot 56? There are a bunch of other great celtic punk bands out there. Flatfoot i think will make it in the books as celtic greats like the Pogues, Dropkick, and Flogging Molly.

I mean i can call dealers i know, or go to a bar where i know people selling. That way I can get out of the house and go do something as opposed to going and picking up when every now and then theres a stupid wait where i have to sit in my car for a while. Plus the bar that i go to is right near a bunch and the cops are more worried about some of the others to deal with the one i go to. I mean granted I have no problem calling my dudes but sometimes im not up to going through the whole process. On the plus side my girlfriend has a great connect at her work and can usual pick up while shes at work. Which is even more of a bonus.

How can you be too lazy to pick up a phone? Fuckin a, just admit you're afraid your parents might catch you or something and that you're a total puss (we all know you are, it's okay).
I don't think its unreasonable to not want to make some calls. I'm usually too lazy to make a couple calls then have to go pick it up. I'd rather go to the bar and buy some bud there.
