that's the first frame, it's supposed to be some evil castle in ruins where pico will kick some ass in order to rescue nene or a random princess ...whatever I haven't decided yet(yeah I know the storyline is pretty damm original) I've alredy done over 100 frames but I've been wondering if people would like an older-looking pico so....what do you think?

the road to the castle at the end of the background looks a bit weird with the blurred earth around it... and the castle at the end looks weird too! someone coulth think that the road to the castle and the castle itself are floating xD

you should change that small detail!

woah... that looks way too fast and pico's walking in not "synced" with the terrain... i mean, there are elevations and pico just stays in the same level... make it slower... add more frames to the tween and make the walking cicle a little slower...

yep, i finally ound what i was looking for heh... i watched prowlieas at the river again and noticed that that sound was just some kind of deep hit on a drum... so i looked for drum sounds in FLASH KIT and i found a sound that fits very well in my movie...

by the way, my movie is now 700 kb with aprox 50 secs... i've been working for 20 days... im not sure if im doing fine or if i should hurry up heh xD...

anyways, i wish you guys luck and stuff xD

pico looks tooooooo squareish in your movie... i think you should pot a bit more effort on him...

and you can look for references of darnell and nene in the pico collection... or in the halloween 2005 or christmas 2005 of valentine 2006 days colection...

does anyone has a "zoomed camera" sound? like when the camera suddently stops after a big zoom... have u ever seen prowlies at the river? the sound when the camera zooms to the gnowe who is peeing at the river... that sound is the one i want... or a sound like that one :D

i've looked for it everywhere but i just can find it... any ideas????

anyways, back on topic, almost a week ago i posted how i was doing at my animation... i had done ike 5 secs... now i have aproximately 40 secs!!

IMHO i think im going slightly slow... fortunately i'll have a a two-week break on mid april, im going to work as much as i can in that period...

anyways, here it is :D by the way, you can do anything you want if you realymean it... im a 13 year old mexican guy with a wacom tablet... im doing my best and, in my opinion... i think im doing well... althrough my animation is not really original...

by the way, here's a small detail i have noticed in alot of movies full of blood...
most of the characters in these movies are really simplified, and that looks awesome... but when blood comes out of them, it looks really elaborated and it doesnt fit with the rest of the art... and this happens at the end of this movie, the blood is too thin and elaborated...

i think the main objective in our animations should be to impress the viewer, to make him/her remember old stuff and say "wooah, that was awesome" or something like that :D

maaan this is gonna be hard for all of us...

what do you think is going to impact more, i mean, what would affect your submission score the most?

art? music? originality? story? development of the story? ation?

i think that how the movie is developed is going to impact the viewer more than anything else... well thats my opinion, what do you think?

if you cant fill then you should use the brush instead of the pencil... u used the pencil in my previous flash art and it was really hard to fill stuff... but with the brush it becomes really easy!
