it would encourage people to make better animations... havent you guys noticed that more than half on the submissions that are blamed are annoyances... users who submit them are aware of how crappy the flash is, and they just do it to piss off the descent users... you know... drew pickles hentai... barney gay orgy etc etc. when these movies pass they do it with a low score and then they get lost in the list...

crappy movies are getting through judgement with low scores such as 1.6 or 1.7 ... this kind of scores show that the movie is definitely not good...

in my opinion, the minimum score for a submission to pass should be rised to 2.0 if we want to avoid seeing StarSyndicate and BarneyBunch submissions getting through judgement...
