TP is epic, it's just easy. I usually replay every Zelda I own at least once a year. I play the 3d console ones (OoT, MM, TP, WW) all at least once a year. They are all easy tbh.
TP is probably my favorite. It has the best atmosphere. The twilight was creepy, not in a scary sense, and the music in TP is definetly the best and fits the game much more than in any other game. The only instance of better music-atmosphere outside of TP is the forest temple in OoT and Clock Town in MM. But TP was almost perfect. Especially when the part of the game with the Midna's Lament song occurs. The song fits that part of the game so perfectly. Midna is also the best developed character in a Zelda imo. TP's ending was great, and while I can see why it would piss some people off, I felt it fit the game perfectly.
Not to mention TP had excellent controls, combat on Epona, and the best sword combat of any Zelda. Seriously, try killing a dark nut without using the bomb arrow or repeated back slicing. It's possible, it's just *gasp* NOT EASY.
That's another thing that pisses me off about the people who bitch about Zelda. It's either one extreme or another. And usually both.
