i thought this was a forum not an imageboard lol.
btw i guess people are just lazy and don't want to get the author of the song satisfied.

like, they're jealous ?

Things already discussed lot of times, it's always the same thing.
You can't do anything.

Do you already know about SoundFonts?

Response to: Where else do you upload music? Posted February 1st, 2013 in Audio

@Strakat

Checked out your works (check review on Clockwork Calamity), good beats.
The fact is, commercializing this type of music isn't really a good thing. People today search for mainstream. Even if you find buyers, they won't be a lot. You'd need a time machine to get back 6-7 years in the past lol.

Is newgrounds your favorite outlet? why/why not?

I started doing it on YouTube under another name.

PS: Where are you from? I asked that on the review too

I admit that I write reviews that many on here can consider as crap. I like to make things short and quick, putting all the positive points and negative points, if have.

At least you have some of them, lol.
What gets me angry is when someone download the track and doesn't review, or people who have no physical time to listen the track and they vote 0 (I just uploaded a new track, in 1 minute there were already some votes...)

Remember that royalty free doesn't mean the same thing as copyright free.

let's say I buy a pack on the internet that says "royalty free": can I use it here or not?

You do remember that if those are vocals or popular artists, then they are going to be copyrighted, right?

let him breath man, maybe he meant some free royalty samples?

Skip to 2:25 (or even before, the bells are used almost everywhere).

What do you think about this?
Tubular bells or church bells? Both in soundfonts sound like shit, maybe they need some work but I have no idea. Can you guys suggest a library of samples or something? Or maybe a trick to make them sound more real (and like the one in the track)?

Response to: Free Piano Vst's Posted January 25th, 2013 in Audio

Let's revive the thread with another ridicolus request.
I tried to do it on my own, but I came up only with a small part of the rhytm (just notes, no pitch).

Can someone do it?

that's the reason when I'm doing something (not only on FL) I save it, like, every note I place lol

Response to: Help for a new musician? Posted January 21st, 2013 in Audio

- listen a lot of music;
- be inspired by someone or make your own fresh style;
- be patience;
- study some theory, it doesn't hurt;
- learn playing some instruments, it can help;
- keep trying, experimenting, etc, you can't sit and say "today i'm gonna make music";

I guess that is all, also
- listen my song lol
