I'm constructing a website with HTML and CSS and so far it's coming along good. I will be posting weekly comics on the website and want to have arrows that go to previous and future comics. My first thought was to copy the page for each comic I create and then changing the link of the arrow to comic before that. But what if I wanted to change something on the main layout? I would have to change it for every single comic page (100+) which would be extremely tedious. How can make my websites layout into a universal layout so that when I make a change to it and applies to every page?

What is the best method of converting .SWF high quality video files for DVD production or publishing on YouTube. I have Sothink's SWF to Video converter but the frame rate seems to be low and the final product lags. What are some different methods/programs for doing this?

I need a last minute voice actor to play the roll of a narrator. I have an assignment due very soon and I could use a narrator ASAP. You can be creative but nothing goofy. I was thinking of a elderly British man (think Gandolf) or something Morgan Freeman/ James Earl Jones-esque. It's for a fake movie trailer. I'm not going to be picky but I would prefer someone who has done voices for Flash before and actually sounds good.

I would do it myself but my voice is just simply not designed to narrate.

The roll is very short, the trailer is not going to be very long because it is, in fact, a trailer. If you have a spare hour or less I would really appreciate the help.

Let me ask you something? What did you get your parents or siblings? I bet it was nothing if not a clay-pot you made in art class. You got a $400 system and some gift certificates? We got my brother a car because he lives away for school, and we wrapped the car keys in a little tin, then wrapped the tin in a Mandarin box, then wrapped that mandarin box in a work boot box, then the work boot box in some blankets in a giant TV box with some weights in it.
