Not really. you could post a flash in the flash portal titled "which 'half' of NG?", with the movie itself only being text asking wether the users watching were in the portal more often or the BBS more often, and you could have asked the users to write their responses in the reviews instead of writing real reviews.

But, i suppose it would be blammed. posting in the BBS was the obvious choice, then, I guess.

Well, not helpful simply means that it does not help the author or viewer. on the other hand, abusive means that it breaks the newgrounds rules in some way. For example, it might be filled with profanity, only have one or two words, or be written in caps lock.
