I was wondering, if I make a character and you say "this will be a main character" can I use that character in any other animation of mine withouth any problem?

I've been trying to lip synch in an anime-ish way. My problem is that I don't get that special mouth effect like: close, open, close, open, half open, open, close. My frame rate is 24fps. Any idea/suggestion/recomended method?

I'm thinking about doing a Touhou collab. For those who don't know what Touhou is; you can check:

Make fun of whatever you like. A specific game (th13 included), yukkuri, pc-98 games, inside jokes, walfas, etc.

24 fps with the standard canvas size. Length and method of animation is up to you.

I have a laptop with Windows 7, I work on adobe flash CS3, I recently got a mouse and because of some circumstances, I'll be getting a drawing table. My point is: I want you to tell me every appropiate model I could use. Please?

I'm animating and boy i'ts hard. FYI: I found some pikmin sprites on "The Spriters Resource", They are just a few but maybe hey can be useful.
