there's only so many ways to skin a cat
one being holding its legs apart and tearing as fast as possible.
but that's only really when it's only got a tiny bit of life left in it... if its still fully moving i'd suggest just holding it still and peeling backwards up it's skull from its eye sockets.
you waste a lot of potential fabric, as it gets tarnished when you pull the skin over the carcass, but this can be minimized by first starving the cat for a few days to week, which will allow the skin to be torn more freely from the muscles as the cat will be weakened and frail.
