No. Why?, You're a over confident n00b, you need to learn that nobody gives a fuck about what you do every five minutes. But if you really want to let everyone know, what you're doing every five minutes, then go join myspace, I'm sure you'll fit right in. Either that or they'll all figure you're a dick, and start flamming you as other's are already doing.

Your flash, by the looks of the screenshot is 'n00bish', compare it another flash, for instance. The difference being that yours looks like it could be done in 2 minutes, if anybody even bothered trying.

Point 2 - This is the internet. Unless you're a mod, or an admin, you can't tell anyone to do jack shit. And in case you didn't notice, I was actually giving you advice, But as it seems, you chose to ignore it.
Oh well, you're loss, You're just going to get a larger flame-ing after this thread's hit 6 pages.

Here's more advice;

Make the buildings and everything else in general more 'complex'. It'll make everything look more professional.
Not all buildings are perfect rectangles.

Response to: A flash idea *For a great animator Posted April 6th, 2007 in Game Development

That's totally up to the animator, maybe no animators actually play God of War. They'd have to be REALLY well known to get fan made flash movies, Since I haven't heard of the game much (Heard it mentioned once or twice, so...) I'm guessing the games not THAT big to get fan movies.

Response to: Strang phenomenon Posted April 6th, 2007 in Game Development

If the music is on 'stream' the movies FPS depends mainly on the music, and will occasionally skip some frames to compensate for the lag it 'should' have.
Without the music, It looks like normal lag.

*I think.

Gradients AREN'T your friend. In which I mean, the Play button (which is also out of place), the background, and the bottom bar. Replace those with single colours with shading or lighting effects. (Probably alpha'ed)
Just make the graphics cleaner and possibly 'sleeker' and it should pass judgment with probably a score of around 2.3.

If you want more, If the balls are supposed to act like they're rebounding off the wall, you need to fix up the actionscript.
The hit area is messed up, even when it isn't in the circle (or touching it) you still get hit.
Make it so after each round, there's some sort of 'stats' menu, which should have something along the lines of 'Click here to start next level' on it, so that people don't complain about how they died instantly after spawning.

Add some variety, other balls with different moving techniques, walls, obstacles, collectible items etc.
Also add some sort of purpose, a storyline? (not sure how you'd go around that though.)

I think I covered everything.

OR on the other hand, there could be some agreement that the writer will trust the animators judgment of how to lay out scenes.

Response to: What I hate about sumbitting flash Posted April 4th, 2007 in Game Development

This is Newgrounds, You hafta give them something that'll keep 'em entertained for around 5 minutes.

Response to: i just had a great idea for a game Posted April 4th, 2007 in Game Development

Trust me pal, quit posting in this thread. Nobody (or less than, what, 1%?) gives a damn about your 'game' and it's 'updates'. If you want to post updates on your game, why don't you post it on your 'website'. Oh, probably because it wouldn't get as much views anyway!

But seriously, Just stop posting.

Response to: Boulavard of Broken Songs Collab Posted April 4th, 2007 in Game Development

10 eps in 4 months? Hell no. Well, not a DECENT (Full drawn/animated, award worthy) one anyway...

Response to: Boulavard of Broken Songs Collab Posted March 11th, 2007 in Game Development

It's just lag, It happens to me too, especially when I open the actionscript window. The reason is probably the big file size, the bigger the file, the laggier it gets.

Response to: Boulavard of Broken Songs Collab Posted March 6th, 2007 in Game Development

It's pretty much finished pal.

Response to: Boulavard of Broken Songs Collab Posted March 3rd, 2007 in Game Development

I've already sent in all my parts =| .
And if somebody doesn't mind, I need someone to get the final final FINAL list for this collab for the credits.

Response to: Boulavard of Broken Songs Collab Posted February 26th, 2007 in Game Development

I was GOING TO finish it last night, but then my screen went all magenta, losing all of the green colour, so I couldn't really tell what I was actually doing half the time, so I'll finish it up tonight. With a major remake of it.

And just so you know, That guy who insulted the song is 14 years old (Yes, I know, A shame to the lot of us) and he can't spell 'Anus'. lolwtfpwnz0rz3d. =D

Response to: Boulavard of Broken Songs Collab Posted February 25th, 2007 in Game Development

This is what I got up to. I stopped using flash for a while after that, and couldn't be bothered finishing it.
(Mind you this was about a month ago before the names were updated)

I was going to change it to make it less 'Credit-like'. I'll probably try to finish it tonight then.

Response to: Boulavard of Broken Songs Collab Posted February 17th, 2007 in Game Development

Response to: Boulavard of Broken Songs Collab Posted February 5th, 2007 in Game Development
