4.07 / 5.00 13,902 ViewsI bought a Intuos4 Medium (6x9) when it came out seeing as how as I was going to buy a Intuos3 6x11 for the same price.
I'd have to say it's pretty trippy, but I couldn't tell you how it betters the previous versions, seeing how it's the first one I've bought. I've only started using the extra buttons and that fancy scroll wheel which would be more logical if you had Photoshop CS4 (or any other program that -) because it was specifically designed to rotate the canvas among other things.
Oh yeah, it looks more fucking awesome than the Intuos3. I'm sure that would be a vital aspect you'd need to take into account when making this purchase.
I'd say it was pretty worth the money. Intuos4 6x9 is at the same price as what the Intuos3 6x11 was before they pulled them from the shelves. I'm guessing because they didn't need it seeing as how the newer model came out.
Pain, without love. Pain, I can't get enough. Pain, I like it rough 'cause I'd rather feel pain than nothing at all.
Larger.
I'm slightly annoyed by the fact that I must've accidentally hit 'Yes' on 'Save?' after I resized it to NG size - so now the .psd is actually 233x599, as opposed to 2100x5400. 'Step Backwards' doesn't work for some incredibly stupid reason.
I'll probably never come back to it but now my entire body is twitchy from irregularity. I need to hit something.

I fear, I fear, I fear.
My friends tell me I should draw more nicer things but I think I'll end up drawing a field of bliss with lollipop trees and gold slated pavement showered in the aura of a rainbow.
But then I'd put Hitler just to balance out the sissy-ness of it all.
Meanwhile on the darkside:
I've been trying to minimise my colour usage, example being 'Benevolence' where I didn't use layers, brushes or opacity changes. I tried it to a further extent in this one, 'Saviour 0', but I ended up requiring smoothing and opacity for the lighting.
I will perfect this colouring motherfucker. That and action-y shots, it's on my to-do list.
I'll probably redo this image to make it better, because the premise in my head is beyond epic. It's also the reason I called it Saviour ZERO so I could make Saviour One, Two, etc.
I can hear the rain... fall.
Can you?
'Cause I can hear the rain.
My other friend wanted a phoenix. So I drew him an orange eagle.

Or could we say, FOWL play.
Someone shoot me. Ducks aren't even categorised in the 'fowl' line of things.
The horror continues.
Supposed to be based on 'The Ghost of a Thousand' cover.

You know, I actually bothered looking. And the only one I could find where you didn't have to buy 100 minimum was this site.

We'll probably wear it ourselves and sell it to other students. Though, we don't plan to make any substantial profit or anything, it's just merely for the sake of... 'school pride' I guess?
This one might need explaining:
I go to a school with the initials H.A.H.S. The 'A' stands for 'Agricultural'. In agricultural practices, there is the act of testing a cow for pregnancy. In order to carry out the act, you have to stick your arm into a cows arse. This is part of the school curriculum.
But I never did it, cause apparently my teacher wasn't qualified enough.
My friend wants to get this printed onto a shirt. Now if anyone actually looks at this thread, we need to know whether it's funny or vulgar-esque.
It took me about 70 tries to get the signiture part right.

Maybe you two should be logical and actually point the guy in the right direction as opposed to 1+ posting.
My friend wanted a wallpaper. This is what I came up with.

But that's just one of many prblems with yer pics.
If you put your 'art' up for PUBLIC exhibition, then no matter the person, if they see it, they'll be part of the audience who has all the right in the world to criticise it.
You used the term furry in the wrong place. And your technique will only make people worse if they learn to rely on extended tools only found in Photoshop.
Event makes the sound play on the frame, and that's it. Streaming usually makes the sound sync to the timeline.
Sound lag can be influenced by other factors...

You didn't answer his question.
Theoretically, you could animate everything on one layer. They're just there for organisational purposes. If you want something on top of something else, put it on a higher layer. If you want to lock an object and work on another, put it on another layer.
You can have as many layers as you need to organise everything.
If you look/study traditional animation, they minimise work by only animating anything that moves, meaning that if they character stays still at any point, they'll leave it over multiple frames.
Next time you watch something made in Flash, think logically about animation technique, they're pretty simple, but effective.

You have to put an image in this thread.
About your pictures, -
If you're planning to use them in an animation, I'd strongly advise you to either get rid of the scribbly style you have going on there, or select shape > Modify > Shape > Optimise > Max - otherwise it'll lag like shit.
On shading/lighting, you need to study real objects before you can replicate light falling realistically. The tree specifically, if there were light directly overhead, there wouldn't be a darker shade of green on the topmost side of it...

Take screenshots of portions of it at 100% and rearrange it in Photoshop.
Take a screenshot of it and paste/crop it into Photoshop or another image specific program.

When Marty encounters the Doc of 1955 he skews the timeline, meaning the doc of 1985 has no memory of it seeing as how he's from a completely different line.
The thing is huge, so here's cropped version.
Now here's a larger version.
